I need a developer to build a website with a google map application which will use the Google Maps API. The website shall allows users to upload ads on the website which will later be displayed on specific mobile devices (running Android OS) depending on their location. Note: This job is only related to the website used by the users (e.g. shop owners), NO Android development is requested (may be later). Note2: The developer shall avoid the use of CMS platforms. Pure PHP code will be preffered. In this frame, the developer is requested to build a website with a Google Maps Application capable of handling two profiles, the Administrators and the End-Users (sometimes I'll called them simply users or clients) . The Website where the web application will be used, will be therefore a membership site, where the clients (End-Users) shall be capable of creating an account, add shops, Create Ads campaigns (define the Ad Campaign parameters), Upload the Ad (Picture or Video) Pay for the Campaign, and keep records of his campaigns. The admin interface shall allow me to upload / modify the path (lat,lon pairs) and the associated timetable with the stop-times for each stop in the path. Here attached you can find more detailed information about the requested development, you will find: -A word file with the specifications for the word requested. This is the main document to be followed. -A HTML file build with Pencil (the add-on for firefox) the tool used for website prototyping. Please take this file as an example, in fact, I did this file before creating the last version of the word file (described above), and you may find some differences between what I showed in this example and what is said in the word file. In case of doubt, please refer to the Word file. If the doubt remains, please do not hesitate in contacting me. -A GTFS Example taken from the Paris(France) transport company RATP. I expect you to be open minded an patient, as this is the first time that I'll work with an online freelancer.
