Build a video tutorial website -- Reposted

We need a video tutorial website We ,Super admin, upload videos. These organizations choose type of group they operate in when becoming our client. Our clients (organizations) register manually users. Their users watch the videos. Videos are in different languages. We create pre-set playlists these users need to watch first. After that they can watch categorized videos by themselves. We need logging what these users have watched and total duration. We bill our clients for the amount of time watched by their users. So we need a frontend website to register our clients (organizations). Organizations need a link created for their website so that users can be redirected to organizations template. In admin organizations can register users manually. So one frontend for us and one frontend template for organizations. See attached files for more info. Extra info will be provided during chat.
