Designer Needed for a new site

Hello ! We will be opening a new site in 1-2 months and most of the code is already done. We are now in need of a designer that should make the "looks" of our site. We have a very simple ecommerce application. You skills should include photoshop, css and html. We will need you to be able to quickly adjust issues that we might have with different browsers so the css knowledge is very important. Also, a big advantage would be the ability to draw. We will need emoticons and images for all the categories... In your bid, please provide examples of your work (both design and drawing) and also specify the hourly rate that you want. The initial job consist in doing the main page of the site (PSD, HTML and CSS) and in that page doing the ogo of the site. Thanks, Cornel ATTENTION !!!
