Graphic Artist/Designer to Recommend Color Scheme

This is the world's tiniest project. Need someone with a good eye for color who has a sense of what different colors convey to a user audience to recommend a color scheme for an online community site with social, community, business and religious interests and for its logo. See attached for work up so far. This might help with ideas for color. Want something warm and inviting without being too busy or "girly" and professional, without being "cold." ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Not applicable ## Deadline information If you are strictly a tecchie programmer type, please don't inundate me with your resume. I'll just delete it. Please provide samples of your experimentation and use of color in your design work. Want feedback in two phases.
