We need the Creative web designers and web developers who can also write project plans to work long term

We have many projects about to start coming in with web development and we need graphic designers and programmers to be creative, able to write project plans and customize templates. You need to have a collection of premium templates and images. Knowledge of Wordpress, PHP, CSS is a plus! We are looking for someone experienced to step up to project management role eventually. You need to be ok with screen sharing the 2 websites so we can learn how to work together and the level of quality we expect. ● Operates effectively as a member of the development and marketing team. ● Also operates effectively as an individual for quick turnaround of enhancements and fixes. ● Responsible for meeting expectations and deliverables on time and in high quality. ● Responsible for the development of websites, web pages, graphics, multimedia and components. ● Generate new opportunities for social media engagement in support of our MUSE efforts. ● Effectively develops in a clean, well structured, easily maintainable format. ● Utilizes storyboarding and graphic pre-designs where appropriate. ● Demonstrates creative, technical and analytical skills. ● Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively in both technical and business environments. Required Skills: ● Experience in designing and maintaining websites and/or web pages. Minimum of 2 years of web and graphics design experience is required. ● Strong familiarity with social media (i.e. Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) and trends, including best practices for engagement. ● Front-end and some basic back-end development experience. More important is the experience of seamless integration of front-to back-end functionality, and the ability to interface with technical staff. ● Excellent written and oral communication skills. ● Desire and willingness to work in a collaborative, innovative, flexible and team-oriented environment. ● Practical experience in design of WordPress, with knowledge of slideshow animations and content addition, HTML, graphics creation with Photoshop, Illustrator, (Adobe Creative Suite). ● Practical exposure and/or experience with some or all of the following: Javascript, PHP, HTML, WordPress, Google products/tools, mobile and responsive websites. Proficiency with MS Office programs.
