Video site running on joomla or drupal

I need a site running either on Joomla or Drupal. It will be an online tv site similar to [login to view URL], but different in how channels are opened. When you will click on a channel new page will load (on [login to view URL] it opens in iframe). Basicly the way this will work is similar to [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] Study the above sites carefuly before you bid. Here are the features: 1. I need very nice design similar to this site: [login to view URL] Also layout will be similar, but there is no flash needed. 2. you will also need to design logo and provide few alternatives for it. IF YOU ARE NOT STRONG IN DESIGN YOU CAN OUTSOURCE IT, BUT I REALLY NEED A NICE DESIGN! 3. data for tv channels description, feed source, name and so on will be pulled out of mysql database, so you need to know basic mysql 4. there will be multiple players used (wmp, flash, quick time). I will provide all the player codes, you will need to make them load accordingly to info from mysql database (1=wmp, 2=flash, 3=quick....) Again I really want a nice design. So we will start there and you will give out your best idea and we well work on it. As you can see from my feedback score I am easy to work with and I get persuaded quite fast if the design is good. But if you are not capable of providing a strong design please don't bid. Site should be made by using CSS, no tables! If you have a problem working with adult content (there might be some nudity on some parts of the site, but mostly no) please let me know in PM. It does not disqualify you, but it's good to know in advance. let me know in PM weather you'll do it on joomla or drupal and why.
