Create a Wordpress Template -- 2

I am looking for a WordPress pro to build a web site template. The task is described in the attached document. The short description of what needs to be done is below: I need to: - build 8 modules - header, carousel, text band, marketing and contact form, featured properties, location, contact form, footer All work is based on the existing web site of another company so you can see how everything should work and look like. - As soon as everything is working load onto my web site and ensure it is all working - Web site should work in both mobile and normal versions The work is fairly simple and straightforward. I need you to start working today and finish today, maximum tomorrow, no time overruns allowed. High quality of work is required. You can propose any other CMS system that may be more suitable.
