Hi Matt, I went thru your brief and am pretty impressed with how far you seem to have got with just WP and GF. Reading the first paragraph I found it a bit odd that you mentioned (C Panel) on Parallels Plesk, since C Panel is part of WHM which is a competitor product to Plesk, but he that would not be related to the work at hand but as I run a hosting company it bugged me to see that reference. Getting to the project, I am quite familiar with your workflow and the process required. After all you have provided a very nice flowchart outlining the steps that would take place. But we should go thru that process a few times just so you and I can both can finalize how it should actually work. While we can use GF for the submission of data, I think it is best to create another plugin that will work on top of everything and monitor each step hooking in the GF API so that it will do what you want. This plugin can also facilitate the Views and documents that each person would have access to. That way unless you are an admin the GF submission view can be hidden and the plugin will handle the workflow aswell. I think the "Worflow Tracking" at the end should be considered a bit more as workers may not clock out and it creates bad data, but we can see how it could be implemented.
