I need someone to move a Joomla 1.5 site, including all components, modules, articles etc from a web hosting platform to a brand new VPS running Microsoft Small Business Server 2008 R2. The transfer of the site must be flawless with the new site being a mirror image of the old site and all components and modules must work - no errors. This will require setting up SQL, PHP etc as well as the Joomla 1.5 backend. The VPS also needs to have email accouts setup and security systems put in place to protect the website contents. This process needs to be done within 24hrs. Very straight forward process that I don't have time to do.
