Want to build a job posting site [login to view URL] that is almost Identical to the one offered at <[login to view URL]> Must be fully browesable without being logged in unlike this program but all contact info must go through administration. In other words both potential employees and employers must be able to post there skills or requirements - then the posting must go to admin for approval. All contact will be strictly through the admin(there is no way for either the employee or employer to contact each other without going through us - as we will screen all applicants - there are some special requirements like worker training tickets or certifications that are required and they must be just added as a drop box in both employee and employer posting forms. We will require several PDF document brochures to be created. All site graphics will need to be created and a thorough about us document etc. The focus of the site will be putting together workers for the Northern Portion of BC initially and Northern Canada in the long term where there are specific requirements for these workers - done on a seasonal basis We also want to be able to run banner ads for Hotels and Motels, workers apparel etc etc. All other features offered in the above mentioned script should be offered - if easier for your programmers we will purchase the above script and have you modify it - but as some programmers perfer to work with their own scripts - this is optional. So include in your bid which way you would accomplish the required work. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Script should run on both Windows Advanced Server 2000 and Linux and using Mysql as database. PHP will probably be the language of choice for most programmers - but other options will be considered.
