I want to replace all the existing software on my 5 year old site with new technology software (with the possible exception of the forum) This project will be completed in phases over several months. You will be bidding on Phase 1 only and if completed completely satisfactory and on time, we will be more likely to award you the balance of the project. Phase 1 includes design and implementation including transfer of all data to a Database driven architecture for all current data on the site. Database must be completely searchable with possibly a separate searchable section for all data in the Pros on Call section. This phase also includes a Content Management System for all areas of the site except the classified ads section since its software will be replaced in a later phase. The CMS must be able to handle the new classifieds also. Both the CMS and Database must be running and may require that you provide training. You may choose to quote a price range to allow for a menu of options. It is however, important that we work out all details and that my requirements are met and that bidders completely understand English, not just speak it.
