Software Site Submitter

I have acquired a software product that is supposed to submit any new website that is a Newly created website to 66 of the Internets top Search engines and directories. When I downloaded the package I discovered that all that is available in the package is the interface installer and that of the 66 Search Engines to submit the brand new website to, for anyone who requests the submitter software only 35 of the sites that are listed on the interface are still active. The software was first created in 2001 and since then 31 of the sites are no longer active. I will need a programmer to create a source code that will enable this product to submit the Brand New Websites to the original 35 Search Engines and 31 new Search Engines to bring the total back to 66 that I will include in this summary, the other additional new 31 Search Engines that will need to be added to the interface, to be created to make the total Search Engines for the new websites to submit them to bring the total back to 66 active Search Engines. The software package information that I have will be included in this summary in zip file format and will be attacthed. I will need for the software product source code and the product itself to be able to be downloaded to any desktop computer from my website download page and for it to run on any type of computer. The software will need to be able to be downloaded from a zip format and will need to be unzipped when it reaches its destination computer desktop from my website.
