I want someone to code a free bug script for me with those options: - the site must be a competion between people as a vote system to see who is populaire. - it should be girls section and boys one. -it should have a nice design - make banners for the site - the possiblity to the user to use a code in he's forums signature or blog to invite people voting for him/her. - the ablity to add pictures and videos.( admin should verify before accepting them) - it should be one vote per IP - Admin can add vote point to any member. - admin can chose how many parties in the competion and how much people can go the to up-lelvel party for both sex. other small details will be given if i choose you. no payment untill you finnish the work.
