J2ME MIDP - Simple edit form

I want: * A canvas with some text (ie. "Hello!") drawn in the center, with 2 commands (Edit and Exit). * A detail form containing 1 text input field (free) with 2 commands (OK and cancel). The edit command on the canvas opens the detail form with the text from the center of the canvas passed through for editing. The OK command on the detail form closes the detail form and returns the edited text to the canvas. The canvas displays the new text, replacing what was previously displayed. I also want the text where the name of the midlet is normally displayed to display an incrementing number. Each time an edit is performed, this number is incremented. Please note that I do not want this number drawn on the canvas area, but at the top of the screen - replacing the midlet name. I will run this software in Netbeans 6.0.1 on a Nokia series 40 3rd ed feature pack 2 emulator, also on an actual series 40 3rd ed phone. **No software installation package required** ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
