188555 Popup/Popunder/Exit Script

We need different types of scripts or 1 script with multiple functions. First, we need a popunder script so that when a page is loaded it loads another page in a separate window. Second, we need a popup script so that when the user exits the page it loads another page in a separate window. Third, we want the ability to have both of these scripts able to either pop the other window immediately or timed delay. Meaning, when the user closes the window it could pop the other window maybe 15 seconds later. We'd like to know that the exit script will only pop when the user exits and not when they click a link on the page. We do NOT want to modify every link on a page with something like "onclickexit=false" The scripts should allow us to customize the pop window such as size, scrollbars, toolbars, etc. Maybe even the possibility to take over other open windows as I believe that is a common tactic. These scripts need to beat IE7, IE6, and FF, most recent versions/updates and most common popup blockers. If you are successful you will likely be able to have return business on a monthly or quarterly basis for updating the scripts.
