Autofill doesn't work on our website

Our site uses PHP 4 and Java code on its forms. For some reason RoboForm and other autofill utilities don't sense these forms. I'd like to know what we're doing wrong so I can have autofill work these pages. Below is a same of a page where, specifically, Roboform does sense that form fields are present. This paste was taken from the middle of a very long page, so I may have left some of the associated code out: ... ## Deliverables To help us understand what we're doing wrong regarding our web forms not working well with autofill utilities, I'd simply like two things: 1) I'd like an explanation as to what we're doing wrong so we can use that information to correct the many forms on our site. If there's a reference to a particular site which provides a clear and definative answer to this issue, then that will suffice. I'd suppose, a paragraph or two of explanation is all I need. 2) I'd also like the example code I've provided to be 'corrected'. This will act as our reference and make clear the kind of changes necessary to get our forms autofill friendly. ## Platform This is a website run on a linux server. The Roboform or other autofill utilities are run on the user's windows PC, via Internet Explorer 4, 5, or 6.
