I need a banner management system created for an existing high traffic adult website. Features needed: - Advertisers can upload banners and pay for them in advance. - pending aproval. - Advertisers account will renew every month until advertiser cancel his account. - Banner from advertiser is up and running in a few minutes (instantly). - Advertisers must serve their banner from their own server. Banner will be hotlinked. - Allowed banner sizes are: x-size 250-468 pixels, y-size: 50-80 pixels. - System need to check ads for format/dimensions and reject ads that don't fit max size/filesize criteria. - All bannerspots are shared and randomized over the advertisers. - The number of advertisers which can join is infinite. - All advertisers get an account to administrate their banner and linking code.
