Create a "Classifieds" site to be integrated into current website as added feature. Should have alphabetical listings of categories and cities (US) with populations in excess of 100,000. Search bar needs to locate item listed in either city or category in the event the item is categorized improperly by the seller. Seller should be able to upload photo of sale item and list ISBN or UPC coding, brief description and price in addition to a buyer/seller rating (5 star). An account log-in page with address (physical) & email, name , phone etc... Shopping cart with standard shipping options. Funds to be placed in escrow by Buyer in Paypal Premier Account and released to seller upon satisfactory delivery. A handling fee to defray administrative and paypal accounts will be assessed.
