CTC 201: Minor re-design of website

Do a small redesign of the website template, to find better placement for the screen elements. Color changes or major redesign not allowed for this task. Bidders must provide low-resolution or watermarked concept. The bidder with the best submitted concept will be selected. Goal of this task is to move elements around on the screen to make site look more professional and more like a major website. Check the attached image template which needs to be redesigned.
