Need WordPress site transferred to new host

Need WordPress site (and all plugins, photos, comments, authors.... everything...) transferred from one host to another. We have already installed the WordPress installation on the new server. The new website is already hosting an Expression Engine site, this will need to be dumped into a back up folder on the FTP as well. After the Expression Engine site is put into a backup folder, the coder will move the WordPress installation into the main directory. Must be done by early Monday morning. Coder must be fast.
