upload a pixel advertising website

I need someone that can upload a version of the million pixel website. I need this uploaded to my bluehost account. The website that I need loaded is a free version of the once popular website; Million pixel advertising. This website is 7 to 10 MB, the person who works on this website will upload or FTP the version from the website that I instruct and make it fully operational this website will be an ADDON as it will share with other websites. The person who works on this will be responsible to do so WITHOUT harming the other websites that are listed in my account. This is a simple task that requires the person to work with php and databases. Please only consider this job IF you know what you are doing and KNOW that you can do it in 24 hours, this job should take you no more than 2 to 3 hours. This job will conclude with the person giving me the instruction of how and and where to log in and logout of the account.
