Wordpress Plugin for Non-Profit Organisation - Offers, Practical Help, Meet, Need

We are a small Non-Profit Organisation in Switzerland which has the goal to "meet the need". We want to connect the people in need with those who want to help in a practical manner. As an example: someone is in need of a helping hand to clean the windows at home. Someone else is able to help this person and gets in contact with her to "meet her need". What we need is a Wordpress plugin which is working inside a Buddy Press surrounding. The plugin should empower the individual user to sign up as someone who offers help or someone who is in need of help. The users should be able to post requests (similar to an auction, but without a price), which other users then can click on and offer their help to. After a need is met, it disappears from the website. Check the little sketch attached below for a visual idea of the project. Questions can be asked through private messages. As we already said, we are a Non-Profit Organisation which doesn't have a lot of money to pay for your work. But your work can make a huge difference in the life of many people.
