We require a new web site to be developed to replace our existing web site [login to view URL] This project is 60% completed by another coder. It has been developed using ASP.net. The partially completed site can be seen below. <[login to view URL]> The coder had difficulties with state managent, and chose not to continue with the project. The problem he said was that the server that I have paid for does not allow for session object to be used due to hosting security policies. I need someone that can complete this project ASAP and know how to get around the issues that the first devloper could not manage. I have viewed the code, and seems to be ok. Please read attached specification and reply with your bid, and examples of other sites that you have developed. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
