232100 MySql 3 tables/report

Hello I need a php/mysql script. The code must be open. Also need this to be installed in my Midphase Server. The key functions are: 1 - I´ve got a MsAccess Database with 3 tables. There is a field in each table with the user alowed to see that specific record. 2 - Need to create a Usser/pass login. 3 - two kind of users: admin and "simple user". If user is "admin", he can create users and see all the items in the reports; if he is "simple User" reports will alow him to see only his records. 4 - You have to copy the structure in a MySQL DB (3 tables) in a Midphase server 5 - I need one report for each table. 20 items per page, advanced button, etc. 6 - Also I need to download the reports to excel file. 7 - search bar in each report with 2 or 3 filters Payment via scrowl
