Simple iphone Radio Streaming App

Looking for create a very simple iphone App Must have features.: 1> Online Streaming Radio - (link for streaming radio: [login to view URL] ) Currently the radio station is offline but you can test for for demo: [login to view URL] 2> Contact us page - ( normal contact details with call from app & email from app feature ) 3> Banner ad - ( I have my own php ad server using openx php, now want this rotating banner system to display of the Online Streaming Radio Page, so while the radio is playing the user can see adverts and if he wants he then click on the image to go to hyperlink webpage using safari.) For the banner ad openX ad server, view document attached. I will provide all info & design, image . I want apple developer account but you can help me to submit to apple store I have a very small budget, app need to be simple but works both with 3G connection & wifi
