Amazon MWS API PHP Functions

I am looking for an experienced EXPERT in Amazon's MWS API. You must have built applications using this API in the past. I am building a web application using PHP and Mysql to interact with the Amazon MWS API. It will use multiple parts of the API including: Feeds Reports Inventory Inbound Shipments It will perform functions such as: download reports of sales, inventory, items, and prices create new products and update existing product listings create inbound shipments for FBA, including the shipping labels I only need bare functions to perform these features, I do not need a full-fledged GUI. If you are capable of doing this project, please send me a message. I will contact you back with a simple question or two to test your knowledge of the API.
