Marketplace for suppliers with automatic ordering system

We trade all kinds of tires and we cooporate with many suppliers. Now we want to establish a new saleschannel trough Ebay, Amazon and others. Therefore we want to use our suppliers stocks. Our supplier delivers us his stockfile every 60 minutes. In most of the times it is csv-files. In These files are all the Information that we Need for our sales activity. Some Information like ean-codes or manufacturenumbers or manufacturename and model are comparable. We Need to get the suppliers data in a database. Therefore we have to Setup a Routine for every single supplier to bring the informations in a consistant Format. Every hour the databases of all suppliers have to be compared and the supplier with a defined Minimum of stock and the best Price will have to be written in a master-database as best match. In the masterdatabase should be a collection of all kinds of Information for each entry. Finally a Job will check with different criterias for enties in the masterdatabase and Export them to ebay, Amazon and others (This part, were we upload a list is already programmed and not oart of this Project). All sales of all plattforms will end in the aftersalessolution from "Afterbuy". Another Job send request to aftetbuy and gerts orders frequently. The Job writes the orders in a database. This Job is also existing and not part of this project! A new Job has to take the new orders from the database and has to check which supplier has the ordered quantity on stock for the best Price. Once the Job found the best supplier it has to send an order in a specified Format to our supplier. This can be email with text-atachement, XML-file via ftp, webservice or edi-format. Once the order is booked at our supplier, he will send the products to our customer. Also he will give us Feedback and supplies us back with orderinformation such as trackingnumber. These informations will have to be added to a database and especially the trackingnumber has to be communicated to "Afterbuy"-aftersales. This works easily with a small request. That's it for now, but many other opportunities will have to be build arround this construct in the futuretime. Note that is necessary to create a database structure! It might be helpful to create a BackOffice-area for our employees. Atached you find a pdf-documentation and 3 examplefiles from different suppliers. Note that it is going to be many suppliers. We will start with arround 20 but will end at arround 100!
