Script to disect CSV file and make into multiple CSV files

Hey guys, I need this pretty quick, like ASAP. Good bid, quick response to my clarification and quick turn around time will get this project. I have a csv file that has several fields. The fields are Name, Email, Category ' So it looks like this for example Johnny,johnny email address , first peter,peter's email address, here Tammy, tammy's email address , here Paul, 'paul's email address, there So I need a script that can read that file and create three new csv files Each new file would be the list of everyone that is in the same category so in the example above, one new list would be the 'here' list, and it would then look like this peter, peter's email address Tammy, tammy's email address Since those were the ones in the categories for 'here' The script would do the same for each of the categories That is basically what I need.
