Complete Member based website.

Looking for someone who can produce and develope: (kind of like a cross between youtube and myspace) but no blogging/comments are allowed on members sites. Full website design with these main features: Members will have the ability to register for an account Pay to become a member. Paid Members will each receive an account which they can manage which will allow them a one page listing that they can Categorized their listing with key words Insert a logo or clip art Add video clips or photos, full text description - with HTML capabilties, can add and update a calendar, to their page Members can update and add news - there might be some other smaller features. Basic - features for all members and visitors: Search box placed on site to search members by names categories etc. Members and visitors can view all sites. Admin additional features: Banner rotation and/or static block adds ( additonal paid service) for members to be placed on main home page. account access to each members account. Joomla based - with modules. Looking for someone who is detailed and has a flar to produce unique designs and has fun doing it.
