Image upload, resize, adjust, add images, embed text and make thumbnails

We need a photo upload system that will do the following (Details of all this in attached .DOC file - as this has specific requirements). 1) Upload images with progress bar & ensure it is jpg or gif 2) Resize images based on data 3) Ability to adjust images (Rotate, brightness, contrast, etc) 4) Make thumbnails 5) Add thumbnails to larger images 6) Add text supplied by data 7) add translucent logo/copyright onto image 8) Save to file names provided by data PLEASE SEE .DOC FILE FOR DETAILS OS Environment: PHP4 on LINUX (Fedora Core) with LibGD 2.0 – Please do not make scripts requiring PHP config alterations or anything like cpan modules or installed mods. If script can not be completed without these please let us know and we will have our server tech pre-approve anything first as a full security audit will be required for anything like this. System Specs: PHP, Ajax and Javascript can be used – user should not require any downloads or plug ins to work system. If this can not be done without plug in then let us know and we will reconsider this. We just wish to avoid tech support issues.
