87683 Email Campaign System

We are looking to build an email campaign/anagement and tracking online system. This will be a clone of the following sites using similar technology: Cloning is fine but please be aware and prepared to change design of our website a bit because we do not want exact color scheme or anything to resemble other site. Cloning of site functionality is okay. We will need to have user go through registration process, email verification. The user will need to prompted to select a plan for payment and enter their credit card information. Credit card shopping type application must be integrated to accept payments. Once user is approved and into the system, A screen will allow user to either use a wizard like a beginner or go straight to the advanced area and submit project. We do need the HTML templates themselves, Maybe 10 templates with different backgrounds so that the user can work with them. We would like an interface built into the server project however the possibility of just to interface with a built in editor like [login to view URL] is option but needs to be discussed. Main Features we need are as follows: 1. Ability to import from xls, csv. 2. Arrange into groups (for segmented email campaigns) 3. Customize facility so users can add and edit. first name, last name, address, city, state, zip, phone, fax and other fields such client type A B or C etc. 4. Ability to add a subscription form from a users web site 5. Hook up to pre-made HTML templates which we need, AND/OR have the use select plain text version as well 6. Record and handle bounce backs, flag and remove 7. Detailed Reporting and tracking via code inserted into the html etc emails that were opened , clicked on a link, bounced back or unsubscribed, number of subscribers, no of messages sent, etc etc. Must also include graphs (pie, line etc in nice quality), ability to PDF and export to XLS. 8. handle unsubscribes as a separate flag and remove from database Website must be developed from scratch using the websites given above. Project needs to be completed within 30 days. Deposit given then funds will be in escrow until final completion and full server testing.
