5519 Membership script

Need a membership script . You can customise any open source script like Zencart for the purpose. The features I need are: • Member signs up and pays thru 2CO and is emailed username and password to access membership area where he can download digital files (zip format). • He is allowed only 10 downloads from the membership area out of a selection of 30 files. After which he gets a "Credit Expired" message. • Download folder location should be secure and hidden. • Integrate our site design to the front end. Payment will be made when all files are succesfully transferred to our servers and are working satisfactorily. If your bid is more than $129, don't bother... will rather buy off the shelf (with support). Will need a programmer who is available on Yahoo Messenger during the development process.
