Basic website with easy backend admin

Dear Coders, We would like to find a website builder that has; 9+ rating. Completed at least 3 jobs HERE at RAC. You must have at least these qualifications to be considered for the job. I appreciate all the job quotes, unfortunately due to time I dont have a chance to reply to everyone, but rest assured if you have the qualifictions I will certainly read your proposal. Thankyou kindly for your time in considering our job. Specs............... We would like a website that meets the following criteria; Ability to allow us to login and edit our web pages. Ability to add and edit products (there will only be about 10 products, categories are not necessary) . The prodcuts are a few? library bags in a variety of colors. Ability to add photos of our products so they will show up for our products description. It should show a thumbnail on the Products page, and when the product is clicked it would show a larger view photo along with full text description. The following pages; Home, about us, contact us, products (-> product description). Nice layout that is visually pleasing, with various colors and targetted at children/school/reading theme. Should be fully functional with IE7+ and firefox. You will need to configure and upload the website to the hosting information I provide you. (most likely it will be hosted at Godaddy).
