Correct the given layout so that there will appear no edges and modify it so that it works smoothly in various browser window sizes and screen resolutions.
## Deliverables
Have a look at the enclosed layout.
This (if-1) is basically a 3 rows, 3 columns layout with a title row and a footer row inserted.
In a derived variant (if-2) the bottom 3 columns are merged into one wide column.
This works quite well in most browsers, but there is one main flaw: in variant if-2 and with wide screens (1280px and more) the top row is not exactly as wide as the bottom row but a few pixels smaller.?
The second flaw is that the design is not liquid. The cell width should decrease with a smaller browser window, but it doesn't.
Your task is to modify the layout of the model so that the basic layout stays the same while the width of the upper row and the text block below become equal, and so that the cell width adapts to the browser window width (within reasonable boundaries).
