Customization of PhpBB forum Project

This is an easy and straightforward project requirement if you are familiar with phpBB forum. Project description: 1. I have a forum under <[login to view URL]> which is using phpBB. I need someone expert in phpBB who can help me do some customization. 2. #1 customization - I need someone who can add in 2 themes options for forum users. First will be the current theme and the second I want it to be a them friendly for people with visual disability. It has to have larger font, yellowish font, dark background color for good contrast. Example of contrast is in the visually impaired section of the web site [[login to view URL]<wbr />php?lang=en&version=lite][1]. So what i mean is that a user has the option to decide which theme they want to view the forum. 3. #2 customizaton - At the forum register page [[login to view URL]<wbr />[login to view URL]<wbr />979ef1a6024c88ab8c6009b3584bdf<wbr />28][2]. I want to put (*) 'asteriks on the compulsory fields username, email, password. I can't seem to do that from the phpBB admin control panel. 4. #4 customization - At the registration page, i want to remove the field "time zone". 5. #5 customization - Notice I have a field called "i want to sign up to be a volunteer". Anyone who selects this, when they submit, an email will be sent to the forum admin to notify that someone has registered who is interested to be volunteer. 6. #6 customization - Can there be a feature that allows the forum admin, to export current member's database, edit in .csv or .xls file and then import back again. That's all i need. Please let me know how much and how long it can be done. I hope it can be done fast cause I want to launch this web site to help people with disability in Malaysia.
