Drupal - Photos, Gallery & Video

I need to make it very easy for members to add photos and set-up photo galleries. The way the site is set-up now it is very difficult and cumbersome for members to add photos. I would like assistance of changing the navigation and making it **very simple** for members to upload their photos and to arrange albums. 2.) The same goes for video. It is very difficult and cumbersome to add video to the site? even for me. In addition, the video does not display well. I need a solution that makes it? **very simple** for members to add their videos. I would also like it to look more attractive. I would like you to look at the entire? navigation and instructions for someone who is wanting to add a photo, or set-up a photo gallery and/or to add video as well. I would like you to provide the written instructions for the visitors in rough form and I will clean them up for the site. The modules I have installed include FlashVideo Settings, Image, Image Attach, Image Gallery, Image Toolkit, Node images and the Photo Album. I am not sure what each modules does or even if it is being used. (when the project is complete I would also like you to remove any of the related modules that are not being used) I will make myself available to you to answer any questions you may have. If you understand **usability**, please bid on this project. If you are new to Drupal or do not work in the area of usability -- please do not bid on this project.
