I am at the early stage of designing a new website and need a programmer to help me get it into reality.? $0$0I don't want you to build this from scratch, but need a developer who has built a similar site that will meet most requirements and can be tweaked. I need to get it done quick and cost effectively. See [login to view URL] for an approx. idea of what I want to do.$0$0Basic requirements are:-$0- Good, attractive functional design and layout$0$0- Pages of editorial, with full admin control to update and change this, using a simple CMS$0$0- Google ads well designed into layout banner side, top and bottom$0$0- Main section is a members forum which will have 50-100 different forums, so will need a good search and listing function of the different forums. You can only see the full contents if you are a member, no public access, but public can search the forum listing and see a welcome page.$0$0- Basic principle is that each forum has a welcome page with overview information and then members can apply to join the forum, a moderator needs to approve this and then they can use it like a normal forum, with a moderator.$0$0- It is important that users can sign up for an account in an easy, user friendly way, off the shelf database with password reminder etc.$0$0- Need to be able to have a different moderators for each forum, who are appointed and managed by the daddy moderator, me.$0$0$0Please only bid on this if you can show me an existing site that you have built and have the rights to that you think we can easily adapt for this purpose.$0$0Thank you and?
