Modifications to MetaTrader EA

Modify the attached EA? (or create from scratch) an EA that monitors all open trades and orders and if there is a change or a new order is created or and old one closed, gives an alert providing the details of the order (or the former MetaTrader order id in the case of a closed order).? The EA needs to work correctly if restarted (but need not pick up changes while it wasn't running).? It should also pick up all currencies (not just the one it is attached to). Attached is an EA that may accomplish much of this, but needs to be cleaned up and commented in English.? However, it can be reinvented or written cleanly.? The ## Deliverables The code must be commented in that every function is described what it does, and any significant logic should also have an explanation. Attached is a sample EA.
