Yes I am wanting? a website for the? card game "ROOK"? I need a complete? multi player working program with both games of Kentucky rook 1s and 14s. Graphics will beat a minimum. Voice will be needed. Paypal intergration. must run on Internet Explorer and Firefox and registered with yahoo webhosting. Also there are some color requirements for this site. I would like to be able to change them from clking on? the color I sedre from a swatch. ## Deliverables Site will include? a terms of use and rules page on the? registration page. Registration will require agreement of terms and conditions choosing an ID that is not already being used, email address and if they want free or paid membership.? I need both versions of Kentucky rook (1s and 14s). My moderators must be able to kick players from? a game.? I want three rooms with a max of a 100 players per room and? I as admiistrator am able to change the name of the rooms.? I want? voice capabilities in the lobby with an ignore button option. There will? be NO voice in private messaging and NO voice? at the game tables.? Also anyone who is in a game must have their voice muted automaticly. A game clock for each players? move, with a ticking warning sound for the last 10? to 0 seconds? on the clock. It will need a alert sound when it is each players turn to play? I want a button for the players to be? able to? create a table? and on that same button choose if they want? a game with 1s or 14s and the time limit either 60 or 30 seconds and if they want the game rated or unrated. If a player doent meet the clock requirement for play. The oposing team? automaticly wins.? I want a max of 35 tables per room to be created ? with the lowest? number of the? tables that is available coming up first. I want a lobby. I want the players name makked as joind room in th lobby chat area and on the game tables when they enter a room or? table.? LOBBY:There the? players that are on tables will be placed above a designated chat area, and? a list? ? of all logged in players? (player list)in the room on a collapsable or dropdown button on the right of the table list and chat area.? I want? private nessaging availeb between players but no two? players on the same table can private message(to avoid cheating). I? also want an ignore button for the lobby and the tables.? It will need a rating system. 10 points per win and 10 points per loss. The running total of these points displayed next to their name on t players list and a? small box? with a color to indicate their rating.? All playes will start with a 1200 point rating and the box color will be yellow from 1200 to 1300, red 1400 to 1600 and purple for 1600 and above.? Also as administrator I want to be able to halt all text chat and mute all voice in the lobby as needed.
