PHP programmer

In need of a PHP programmer to troubleshoot the search option on my mobile website.? Here is the error I receive when trying to do a search:? IE only returns link to homepage (nothing else displayed on screen.) ? - Please understand I'm a start-up company and don't have much to spend on this project. Hopefully this can be resolved for under $100.00 (US), but I will consider slightly more if necessary.? ?
