Project Manager for web project

We are posting a major C# development project ($2500 range) on RAC and we need a project manager to undertake the following : - Review our bid request before we post it. Go through the system, add errors to be fixed. Enhance it and clarify it. This requires a very fast turnaround of just a few days. - Input on selecting a bidder - Overseeing the whole project including frequent contrat with the coder - Ongoing testing - Report issues to coder and track that they are fixed - Overall help the coder and us getting a very useable website up - Weekly report to us on progress and issues. - Solve issues as they come up. Help select providers for various subfunctionality such as SMS sending. - Write a bid request for us to a tester on RAC paid by us for final acceptance test, manage this tester and help with the final acceptance test in due time You are responsible for us taking delivery of a bugfree system on time. You must be ready to be in frequent contact with the developer. You must be available on Yahoo messenger as well as on phone in case of urgent issues. This does not have to be a US number. You will be asked to sign a confidentiality / NDA agreement. Your payment is tied to the final acceptance of the system. We will not accept the system until it is working and we are able to sign up real customers with no bugs present. Background in website usability is a huge plus. If you are familiar with realestate this is also a plus. Please include relevant experience in your bid. We ask that you include a resume as well. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Management and reporting
