Rss feed form

I am looking to create an online? form that will be? emailed to 6 people. They will fill out fields such as * location * Address * Event Name * Time * Site The 6? output answers of this form will be combined and fed into one single rss feed. That will be displayed on a website. Can this be created? I have 2 websites one for parties and party promotions and the other for music and the arts. I want info from site A to feed site B. Site A has an RSS feed built in it. But, when I feed it to site B I do not get parameters like event pic or location of event. I have heard of services like Yahoo pipes that can mash different feeds together based on criterias. This might be helpful to make my sites work together. Can anyone help with a solution?
