522189 Collocations retrieval from a document text.

Hi, I have a database which has document texts. I need to find the words that occur most often in the document. You need to exclude the common words from this list. The list of mostly occuring words (collocations) should be updated back in database. This should be a background job. I use Dreamhost-hosted Linux server. So the script can be written in any of the supporting languages. I suggest to use Python or PHP. Background job- a scheduled job like cron script running automatically at scheduled intervals.
