80119 email handling on server

I need a script that handles incomming emails automatically and directly on the server. It shall be used to forward fax-to-email messages and voicemail messages. We will purchase a service eg with [login to view URL] and our clients shall receive the message as if it came from our own system. The script shall take the incomming email which will always have an attachment, delete the text of the mail and forward only the attachment. The email that is forwarded shall only bear our email-address as sender, the original attachment and the original subject line. No text. Nothing shall indicate the original sender nor the original text. The forwarding address shall depend on the original "to" field. There shall be a database where the script sees: "original mail sent to: xyz at our server = email of client xyz"
