140618 NEED A NEWSLETTER FAST!

Hello, I need a newsletter build and installed for a site of mine. The script should be php and run with a mysql database. Phpmyadmin is installed on the server as well. The server uses cpanel. I need a newsletter that records and email address. If the user enters their email in the box and clicks "GO".. they are subscribed. We do not want a confirmation email thing set up. There should be an admin folder located at /nletteradmin/. No password protection for the admin as I can password protect that folder on the server. The admin will show the email subscribers by default newest first. Maybe showing 1000 per page before going to page 2 and so on... There will be a link that allows the admin to sort in alphebetical order as well as a link to view the emails newest to oldest again. There should be a search box to find a specific email user so that the admin can email, or delete that user. Next to each email it should show the recorded date when the email was subscribed, a send an email link (to email that person only) and a delete user link. The admin will have the option to create newsletters and send them to the whole list at once. This admin panel will also show a running total of how many current subscribers there are. The admin can "create a newsletter" in the admin and send it at a later time if they choose. The admin can also edit newsletter or delete newsletters. This would also show a date as to when the newsletter was created next to the title of it. The newsletter that is sent will be somewhat basic. The admin will be able to enter a subject and then the text for the email. The email will be somewhat plain but it should be built in a way that if we decide to wrap a html design around the emails that we can do that. One other thing is if the email has a email link or web link it would automatically detect that and it be an active link in the email.. For example if I typed [login to view URL] in the newsletter and sent the newsletter, the newsletter would show that as a link. Each email at the bottom would say To unsubscribe click here. This would take them to a page where they would unsubscribe. When someone subscribes it would check to see if it is a valid email address. It would check to make sure it had a "AT" symbol and make sure it didn't start with a "www." if they entered an invalid email as mentioned above it would say {this email} is not a valid email please try again. This newsletter is going to have a lot of entries. Probably over 100,000 that we have to import into the database so it has to be able to send to everyone on the list without errors. Please make sure this is error free. and able to send out an email without problems to mass amounts like this. It also has to be built so that it will get by most spam filters.. Not sure if maybe it should send out the emails in groups or whatever. I will need you to import the emails into the database. there will be in a excel file or a text file. I will be putting this subscribe box on different pages of the site so I will need the little bit of code to paste in the html pages to add the subscribe feature to the rest of the site. If someone tries to subscribe and they are already subscribed. It won't let them. When someone unsubscribes it removes them from the database. I need this script built and installed as soon as possible. Please be honest on your completion dates.
