I hired a freelancer on [login to view URL] a few days ago and he begun the installtion - [login to view URL] - However he did not complete it. I need the site fully functional (it might need a new server which i will pay for if so) by monday however i dont think there is much more work to be done. The previous freelancer was even having problems logging onto mysql so i dont think he was very good as its ridiculous that he couldnt log on... I have attached the installation read me file.
