Need Website Ideas For Teenage Audience

We currently have sites in which thousands of teenages visit daily. We are looking for ideas for sites that will appeal to these users. Most users are coming from Myspace so try to think of things that will attract them. If we like your idea we will buy it from you. It would be even better if you yourself could build this site and we will pay you to do it! The budget is set for $30-100 but this is only because there really is no budget for this type of project.
