payment methods, shipping

Hello, I got a joomla with virtue mart site, which I'm happy with, however it still needs some work done. I didn't manage to get paypal payment method working, some shipping details have to be worked on, and I may have some minor question for the programmer, before the project ends. I would pay by paypal but maximum budget is $ 30-40. I'm sure, this is a 1-2 hour work, if you know what you're doing. Please don't write "hello, we are a 6 year experience web development firm etc. etc. etc.". I just need a competent guy, who would get things done. A proof of same projects is a big plus. In fact, I dont care, it can be even mambo + phpshop (pre-Virtuemart), but I would ask you to transfer my content (not much, really). Paypal on completion. Happy bidding!
