I need to update my inventory on [login to view URL] on a daily basis. Amazon has an inventory template file with which I can fill in all the part numbers on the part numbers column and fill in all the quantities of each part on a quantity column. There are other columns on this file that are not used. When I have done this, I upload to amazon. To provide this information on the amazon template file, I usually download an inventory file from my supplier's FTP site. This supplier file has the same thing as the amazon template - one column for part numbers and another for inventory quantities except the amazon template file has a few other none used columns. What I do manually is simply copy and paste the 2 columns over unto the corresponding columns in the amazon template and then upload. I have been doing this every single day manually and would like to automate the process. I need a script or some mechanism to achieve this. I have attached the 2 files for reference

Hello, I have done the Amazon inventory uploader program recently. If your products/items/SKU data is in a database then what we can do is read your suppliers file and update your database for the quantities for each SKU. Then from the database we can generate the required tab separated file in Amazon format and submit to Amazon automatically. This job can be scheduled to run multiple times in a day. If your data is not in any database as of now - then we can create a database for you and put in your products data there and do the above. Hi Here's how I'll do using Python 1. Download the amazon template file and template from your supplier's FTP site 2. Use regular expression to parse the part no and quantity column from the supplier's template with matching SKU in Amazon template. 3. After updating the amazon template it'll upload to amazon. I'll configure the code to run on a daily basis via crontab from a server which you'll need to buy. Moreover I didn't find the part-no column neither in the amazon template file nor in the suppliers template. I can start after you clear the above doubt. THanks Joy

Hello, I have done similar task before.. An application will be implemented uisng Amazn MWS and PHP. The script will be run daily on automated basis from a server. You dont need to run it manually. And, there will be a report page so that you can check the inventory status. The script will be done as follows: - Inventory information will be grabed from ftp account, and request files will be generated. - Request files will be sent to Amazon server and inventory status will be collected. - There will be a report page and you can check thoese status from here.
