hi there Seun, you say you need an application that would summarize and rate people's cvs. There's a little issue to that. If you want users to just upload their already prepared ms word or pdf formated CV for an application to summarize and rate, that may not be feasible cos you can never expect everyone to have their cv's in the same order and format. On the other hand, we could build an application that allows users fill in their cV via forms such that they get to specify all their qualifications in stages already built into the app. This way, the app can easily summarize and rate everyone's cv as we desire. Hello, - Is there already a backend? - Are there already HTML, CSS etc. files? - How you want to standertize the rating? - Who can see this rating? The user, other users, admins, etc? There are 2 Possibilitys to input data: One is, the user can input data freely and the engine searches for keywords or via tags.-- the other is the user can select skills and so on by selectors. -- Also it will be quite hard to solve different skill attributs and experiances, like language and workexperiance in certains fields. I would suggest an weigthed messurement and building up a scale from 0-100 (or 0-5 Stars etc). the 500$ is just a first impression bid. if the topic is more complex we need renegotiate.
